Could you guys with the 4. 10's and the auto tell me what mileage you are getting?

06 Short box quad cab 4x4 auto 4. 10's, right now the overhead is reading 15. 3 but over half of the miles are around town 35 mph or less. We got almost 22 mpg going from here to Kittery, Maine but it's all 50-55 mph zone, when we got on the turnpike and cruised at 75 the average dropped to 18. 6mpg. When I filled up it came out to 18. 59 calculated by hand and that was a 425 mile trip.

My '99 auto with 4. 10's gets around 18 MPG. A little less around town, and a little more on the highway. Best mileage is 60-62 MPH, with 18 MPG at 70 MPH.

Our 03 with the Edge chip,2nd setting and a BMRP Exhaust we get 18 to 19 empty and on a average of 12 to 13 pulling the 29 foot 5th Wheel.



Before the chip and exhaust 12 to 15 normal driving. Did not have the 5er then or it would have been scarey. I try to stay at 65 mph empty and 62 pulling the 5th wheel.

Weell. . with my auto & 4:10 gears, I was comfortably getting between 18-19 with the old fuel. Now, thanks to the EPA, I am struggling to get a whopping 16. 5, I'd be thrilled to see 17!
