Hey,
On my 1995 2500 stock CTD I removed the Fule tank to check for air leaks.( line replacement complete) I used 20PSI. Capped of the Fill line port and fed the air into the return 5/16" on the tank. No leak found. I taped off the vent and then to got bubbles comming from the grommet under the Return fitting flange. I have looked for an hour and cannot find part numbers for the Grommets.
I would like to do all of them. Any information about the Fuel Moduke

I do not think that the Tank is built to hold a huge 20Psi pressure inside.
There is usually close to no pressure inside.

I'm sure you are right.

I was trying to find a possible weak link to the Fuel System. With this pressure test i found the pressure relief valve was working properly and the Grommet could cause problems. My dealer had three grommets and they should be here in the morning?? Thanks for you reply.R McKinney 1995 2500CTD 175000 stock with rusty rocker pannels and running good.
