2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Fuel Odor in your clothes

Is there a good way to remove the odor from your clothing? Any help would be greatly appreciated I tried a search but maybe I did not use the key words so if this has been a topic please point in the right directions again thanks in advance.

Sorry, couldn't resist Try mixing in some baking soda in the regular wash load. Always works for wifey.

A good pre-wash soak in Dawn dishwashing liquid and baking soda would not hurt. The Dawn will cut the grease, and the baking soda will help kill the smell. Dawn makes a new product with "Odor Eraser", and it works well.

I was gonna say... why would you want to?!? I add a 1/4 cup of fresh diesel to my rinse cycle

Haven't tried it on diesel yet, but vinegar kills the smell of tire rubber on my wife's work clothes.

A guy that I used to work with said that he used to and a can of coke in the wash, it always did the trick.
