fuel oil filter system

Hello to All

I have come up with a fuel oil filter for those of you that make your own fuel

the unit comes in two parts.

Part one is a oil heater and pre filter the oil is poured in the barrel thru a 200 micron filter then the oil is heated to 250 degs this will rid the oil of the water in it.



Part two is the main filter and mixing unit

the oil from the first unit is pumped (after it's cooled to 100 degs)to the main filtering unit where it is filtered to 5 micron this filtering is a must for clean fuel the oil needs to be filtered for at least 6 hrs but I have found that filtering it for 12+ hrs makes the oil very clean.



These units can be used for Veg Oil,Engine oil,ATF, any type of oil can be filtered.



I use the units to make a blend type fuel but they can be used for any type of oil filtering.



The first pic is both units the one on the left is the main filtering unit the one on the right is the heating unit.

the pic next to it is the filter and the pump showing the plumbing and hose and also showing the two water block filters and the fill hose.

the last pic in the row is the plumbing on the heating barrel showing the transfer hose (orange).

the next row of pic the first pic is the drybreak fitting used on the transfer hose and the pic next to it is the drain pan and spare filters that come with the units
