The 94 I bought doesn't have a fuel plate in the pump I want to put one back in I have these two what is the difference between them

Can you give a side shot so we can see the ramp. Those numbers might mean something to some one but the ramp will help a lot.
 
Stock 160/175 hp plates. May well have been ground to deliver more (or much more) fuel. The side shots would tell the story.
 
Yep, both still stock. A search on modifying the plate will yeild lots of info on making the plate supply the fuel you'd like. Back in the day, when a lot of us were modding 2nd gen's there was a set of diagrams with the profiles of the various plate profiles floating around. That'd be handy to find.
 
Here are a few shots of the OEM fuel plates from my 95 auto and a drawing of the #6 plate I installed. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the replies guys . I did a little towing today and the egts stayed pretty reasonable I could have used some more air but did fine
