I just got done installing my fuel guage, hooked up the isolator put fluid in the tube between the guage and the isolator like it says to do. Started it up and and the gauge shows 30psi. Has anybody ever seen this before? Either I hooked the gauge up wrong, the regulator on the FASS is way out, the gauge is wrong, or my return line is clogged up. I've been thinking the fuel pressure has been high because it has been hard to start after it warmed up and it is becoming hard to start when cold. Any Ideas? Thanks

It is pretty hard to mess up the install on a mechanical fuel gauge. If if showes any pressure at all then I would say that it is true. My first guess would be that the regulator on the FASS is way off. I would check that first.

Well heres what happen the return line from the FASS collasped and cause a it to produce 50 psi (found this out by hooking up another gauge just to make sure the gauge was not bad). Fixed the return line and now back to 15 psi. But this proves one thing that a VP44 will run and start at greater then 15 psi.
