Hey Guys!
I seem to be experiencing a drop in proformance, smoke output & mileage in my '92 W250.
Wanted to verify the lift pump output and have read the manual on how to do so. It states to use a fuel pressure gauge and "T" into the fuel output line (lift pump).
Has anyone done this on our trucks and what are the tricks beyond the few short sentences that the shop manual mentions.
I have just replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the K&N and low pressure bled & high pressure bled the injectors. Next, I plan to adjust the valves and vacuum test the fuel supply line from the tank. Injector pump was rebuilt & timed by Ted Jannetty last Memorial Day Weekend (25,000 miles ago).
Anyone have any thoughts on where else to look for my lost power (Power wagon, Old School, Stab etc. anyone... anyone... )
Truck Currently has 175,000 on her.
