Fuel pressure? comander

I finaly got my comander installed and trying to figure it all out all of it such as the warnings. What should i set the warning at for a pretty much stock truck? and i seems like the rail pressure warning is set up to warn of to high rail preasure, I would have thought it would be set for to low but I guess the feed preassure would help that, any ideas.
