Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel pressure gauge problems

I just installed the WESTACH fuel pressure gauge startd the truch and the gauge went up to about 20 psi then dropped to zero shut the truck oof an turn back on same thing happens. Now the gauge reads zero all the time. Checked the ground and power source every thing checks out good. any idea out there on further trouble shooting. The gauge is a 0-30 psi gauge for a 2001 2500 pilar mount. Thanks

Try switching the wires on the sending unit, they can be a pain in the butt to get correct.
