Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel Pressure Gauge

On a 95, where is the best place to tap in to the fuel system for a fuel pressure gauge? Thanks

I tap mine on the test port on top of the filter. It is a banjo bolt with a small tap. You have to enlargen in to 1/8 pipe thread. Then put on a needle valve to snub it.

The best place is the banjo fitting where the fuel line from the filter attaches to the injection pump. If it's on top of the filter it's in the way. The filter is completely different on a '95 than a '97 or an '01. Take a look at this thread:
