where do you put the pressure sender part of the electric colbalt fuel pressure gauge, have never put one on, nor have i looked for a spot! where do you guys put yours at. pics if you have any would be helpful. thanks :D

The sending unit needs to be mounted in a fuel line somewhere, or Geno's sells a filter canister lid that includes a port for fuel pressure. There's no point in my posting a pic of my arrangement, as it's significantly more complex than what's actually necessary.

Most people seem to just buy the Geno's fuel filter canister lid.

the fuel cap looks good but sender might get in the way when trying to change the filter, the banjo looks better. can you put the banjo on the fuel line going from the LP to the injector pump? looks like a good spot, and out of the way. thanks :D

just ordered a banjo bolt from genos where did those of you that have it put your bolt?---on the injection pump or the bottom of the filter housing. thanks :D

Again, where I put mine is of no relation to your setup. But if I were using a banjo fitting I'd put it on the bottom of the filter canister.

Put the banjo on the CP3. There are 2 fuel lines connected to the pump towards the front of the truck. Remove the one that is the closest to the fron of the truck. There is a set screw or pipe plug right below the fuel line you need to remove.

I put mine right on the injection pump. It will give you a true reading of what the CP3 is getting. The only drawback is that it can be a bit loud if you have a mechanical gauge. It made a good buzz until I upgraded to a FASS. Now it's quiet.

If you mount on the bottom of the fuel canister, you'll still get a good reading, and it will be more quiet than tapping it at the injector pump. The only problem is if you upgrade to a FASS or something similar, you'll need to move the banjo back to the injector pump.

Might as well do it once and forget it (I did).
