Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel pressure guage problem

I have Westech fuel pressure gauge that quit working a while ago. I checked all the wiring and it all checked out. The gauge acts like it has no power. I got a new gauge and sending unit and put it in and the same thing. I went through and checked all the wiring and no problems I even went back and ran jumper wires and still nothing. I'm stumped any ideas?
