I've been racking up the miles on my Cummins and am hearing yall talk about the lift pump failure and that ya need to get yourself a fuel pressure guage. I have the Boost and Pyro but really wouldn't know where to tie the guage in. A friend told me the 12Vers are easy but I dont know anyone with one on their 24Ver. Any info on what parts are needed and how to hook one up would be appreciated. I know that it is probably easier to see one that has already been installed but I don't know anyone. :p

I think the easiest way is to use the post filter banjo on the bottom of the fuel filter cannister. You can get one of Ray T's modified banjo bolts from Genos that has been tapped for a gauge sensor 1/8npt. Just replace the banjo bolt and either hook sensor to it or as many others have done run a line to somewhere else in the engine compartment and place sensor there. Grease gun line in the right length seems to be the easiest way to move it elsewhere which helps isolate it and eliminates the jumpy readings due to the vp44 pulsations. I am sure someone else will chime in with other possibilities and probably provide pics. I would but no digital camera.
