Are Jammer injectors really that good?

bendix/wabco air compressor #'s

I just installed a new lift pump. Now at 2k rpm in neutral the pressure drops to ~14 psi. On the road with hard throttle can pull down to ~10. This is with a comp - no wire. The truck runs strong but I don't remember the pressure dropping like this before.

Do you think I could have a restriction in the tank. I had just changed the fuel filter and the screen in the old pump was clean. btw, the old pump would be fine for awhile then go to ~3psi. When the drop occured, the needle would bleed down like pressure loss not quick like electrical.

Any input would be helpful

Thanks

I was on the way home from a trip pulling the 5er when it started. It did not get any worse as the tank emptied. The low fuel dinger went off as I got home. I have not filled up yet for fear I might have to pull the tank

something else, when you change your fuel filter what color is it? Is it pretty dark? Mine was much darker than the fuel.

OK, mine must be normal then because I forgot about the splatter stuff too. I just didn't remember the press dropping WOT below ~11 without the wire.

Do you have the high flow banjo bolts ? On my truck I only have two, I think you 24V guys use more??, but I gained 2psi with them. If you're cheap you can remove them and drill them out.

I still have the stock bolts (and fuel system).

It just seems like the pressure drops more than it use to. With the new pump it pegs my 15 psi autometer like it did but when my other pump was new I couldn't make the pressure drop this must at WOT and not at all in neutral. Its almost like I bumped the comp connecters when I install the pump and its working better. The truck seems to pull much stronger now. I know the comp was working before because I turned it off at 50 mph and back on and felt the difference. btw, that did not affect the pressure.
