Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I had to replace fuel sensro and when we removed it today there was no seal... there was no seal on the new sensor... . is this a rubber oring?
Manual states... .
INSTALLATION
(1) Inspect fuel pressure sensor o-ring.
(2) Lubricate sensor o-ring with clean diesel fuel.
(3) Install sensor into fuel rail.
(4) To prevent leaks, sensor must be tightened to
prescribed torque. Tighten sensor to 101 N·m (75 ft.
lbs. ) torque.
(5) Connect electrical connector to sensor.
