Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel pressure

I am about to install a "Torque Enhancer" in my rig and am wondering if anyone has the installation instructions available.

I bought the unit used so I didn't get any papers with it.

Also, what is the fuel pressure supposed to be for an '01 HO?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I believe the spec. for fuel pressure is 10psi minimum at all times after engine is running.

Stock fuel presure shoud be around 12 psi give or take 1 psi. Shouldn't drop below 6psi at WOT.
