Fuel Pressures

I have my Dipricol FP installed w/ isolator and needle valve. At start up and idle it is at about 7psi, but when I punch the throttle it will go down to 1psi.

Is this normal from what others are seeing? What is the fix, a FASS??

from what I understand, yes, and yes. I have my fuel pressure gauge ready to install myself, and depending on the readings I get with my quad race box, I will be installing a FASS.
