Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel psi

Where do you test the fuel psi on a 94 ? I've lost power lately and I don't know why? Seems like a fuel problem to me but I don't know

You must install an adapter in place of the banjo bolt where the fuel feeds the p7100.The 2001 has a fitting that will work in your truck as well.https://www.genosgarage.com/product/fpadpt-kit/gauge-related

Is there a screen or filter anywhere besides the main fuel filter ?

Yes there is a pre filter screen that can be cleaned or replaced under the fuel heater in front of the fuel pump
