Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Fuel pump & gaskets

TWO things first is where can i get a full gasket set for my truck ,it leaks oil like a sive. and the other thing is how much fuel psi do i need to bypass my factory lift pump? i have a pump thats says 14psi and 140 gph just want to know if it will work or not thanks

18psi at idle and 28psi at 2400 rpms no load. Why would you want to give up a reliable pump for something that will leave you sitting some place.
