Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel Pump Reliability With Vulcan Big Line Kit

This is to all the guys who installed the Vulcan Big Line Fuel Kit. Has this helped the reliability of the stock fuel pump? Have any lost a fuel pump after installation of the kit? I know anything has to help. I think I will go with one as my daughter works for NAPA & I can get the pump through her, if they are any good or Cummins. Thanks

There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING short of God himself that can make the stock lift pump more reliable.



It has to be one of the WORST designs to ever fly off of an engineers drawing table.



The VP-44 injection pump has taken a LOT of guff for it's reliability but it may not be soley to blame.
