Hi Gang, I was wondering what liitle tweeks I could make to the pump on my 93 W250 to "help out" the acceleration. I looked in my factory service manual but it totally glosses over the possible adjustments as its obvious Dodge doesn't want you playing with them. Where are the magic buttons/screws/adjustments/etc located on the pump and what do I do to them to help me out?

In the TDR links there is the TST website. It has some stuff on the "power" screw and the smoke adjustment AKA aneroid. In the archives there is HOT PRE-93 topic by Big Don I believe and the guys had more information on the fuel delivery pin and the star wheel adjustments. I found that the fuel delivery pin adjustment and the fuel delivery screw to be the most sensitive.

BOMB on!!!

It works well, I turned mine up about a year ago. I have much better midrange acceleration and much better fuel mileage.
