Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I wood like to put a remote fuel filter on my 1998 12V
Found a remote filter off old 6. 9 ,7. 3 ford
one line in one line out & return line.
Put the remote filter in the bed or the tool box easy to get to.
could I cut the inlet line from the fuel tank, take the end from the tank
to the inlet on the remote, the other end hooked to the outlet on the remote
to the stock filter. Plug the return port on the remote housing, fuel return would still be hooked up as befour with out change
could I use compression fittings if not how would you hook the remote lines to the cut off ends
this would pre filter befour it would enter the stock filter.
the two lines from the tank feed & return which is the feed line is the inside one next to the frame,or outside one.
Am I correct on this if not pleas say so.
