Had to replace my fuel sending unit today. The original one rusted out where fuel line connected. I know today was April Fools Day maybe thats why I paid the price I did. One dealer quoted me a price of $295 part#4897668-AD but did not have in stock. Found out from another dealer changes were made two times from number above to #4897668-AE to a #4897668-AF. If anyone changing sending unit make sure you get #4897668-AF. This one wont rust out, it has plastic lines out of unit, but the price was hefty, $400 plus tax. If anyone has bought #4897668-AF what did you pay.

Worked on the same problem about three weeks ago. Return line had a pin-hole rusted through where it entered the unit. Checked a couple of dealers around here (Cincinnati) and $400 seemed to be the going rate for the AF version over the counter. With a vendors # it was about $300.
