Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) fuel shut-off??

A friend has a 95 dodge that would not shut-off,he replaced the ignition switch and now there is about a three to five second delay before the engine shuts off. Would this be fuel or something else??

Sounds like he has a sticking fuel solenoid relay. The solenoid is probably ok, don't let him have someone replace that expendsive part needlessly.

Have your friend check the linkage to ensure it's clean. I had the same problem, it was rust on the arm. A good cleaning and some grease cleared it up.
