Fuel system and 6 speed problems ??

So lets talk about these two things on the 2005 trucks. Is there really lift pump and injector issues on these new trucks? And what about the HOLD on the 6 speeds. They have a fix as I understand it but what about the ones on the lot. Will they fix them or wait until they break out in the middle of no where? I need feed back on these issues please as I might be in the market SOON.
