I have a 1998. 5 24 valve with slosh and fuel pressure issues when driving. Thought I would post a thread and see what the consencus is. I have a AD100 and have slosh and pickup issues but before I decide would like to see what you all think is the best route. Should I go with a Vulcan dra straw, Vulcan draw straw and foam, Hellmans Performance sump, or sump with foam? All inputs will be greatly appreciated.

I have looking at the Draw Straw V and a used intank pump fuel module gutted out. Then switch return line from filler neck and into module.

I have a Drawstraw II and gutted the fuel canister and ran the return line to the filler neck. I live in flat florida and still never let the tank go below 1/4 just to be sure the Drawstraw is in fuel.

At the time (4 - 5 years ago) we looked at building a sump of some sort, but it was harder to do than keep 1/4 tank fuel at all times. I installed a bed tank and feed the main tank when it gets to 1/4 and fill it back up.

If there is a sump kit now I would think that would be preferrable, depending on WHERE you live, will the sump be enough to guarantee fuel? I live in Florida.
