While searching for a fuel leak I found the lines going INTO my tank are shot. The line crumbled in my hand, not sure if it was supply or return. Where the fuel lines go into the tank, do I need to replace the whole thing? Level sense and all, or can I just replace the fuel line? I want to have everything I'm going to need on hand before I drop the tank.

thanks

I just went thru the same thing on my 96 it rotted at the elbow as they go into fuel module. I tryed some repair tricks and messed with it for hours after cutting a 7x7 inch hole in the bed above the area. None of my mickey mouse ideas ended up being good enough for me to trust and after wasting 4 hours I decided to get the whole fuel module sender and all. Best 246. 00 I ever spent just to get it put back together and be able to trust it for a few more years. Local 5 star just about matched the online dodge parts sellers. Good luck with those 2 quick connects at the module i had to chop them off and use some rubber lines and worm clamps.

Thanks for your replies. I was able to get a remanufactured unit from Dodge. Only $139 after tax. I'll install it this weekend.
