Fuel / Water Separator

I was reading at the Cummins website and came across the Water / Fuel Separator. It sounds like this is something you should keep on hand, as with anything else that might fail in service. Is this best purchased from a Cummins dealer or is is cheaper through Dodge? Is it also referred to something else?

This is your fuel filter, which is also a water seperator. Yes, you should carry a spare and be familiar with how to change it. Also, read your owners manual and it will instruct you on how to drain off the water.

And finally - YES, buy them from Cummins, the are much cheaper in price, than your friendly Dodge dealer.
