Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
While down in the NC monday & tues. I noticed that the diesel pump was not tagged ULSD (luckily I didnt need fuel) and questioned the attendant. She promptly called their supplier and handed the phone to me, the fella on the other end said that it was ULSD , but that the station had not been certified yet. He claimed they had been delivering ULSD since july to that location. Wonder how many stations are awaiting testing ?
