I, having an EZ, know that some of the fueling boxes don't tap into the pump wire and some do. I am trying to keep from tempting fate, and shortening the life of the injection pump, but want even more power from a box. What would be a step up without molesting the inj. pump wire?
Just like Kat says, you have the timing box, go for the transmission upgrade next and then some stage II or III injectors for another 80-100 hp. Maybe a turbo upgrade after that if EGT's are an issue. Have fun!
OK, should have been more clear I guess. I currently have an EZ. I will be installing DD3's in about a week. I leave to go get DTT'd in two weeks.
I'm wondering which fueling boxes I can run that will give even more go without piercing the pump wire as I believe it will further shorten inj. pump life.

Maybe an "older" VA style box might feel stronger, but you already have the EZ, so unless you can borrow one to test I wouldn't worry about it. Only way to get more fuel now is to tap the injection pump wire. Could always look at a turbo upgrade of some sort.
I may wait and see what the transmission and DD3's do for slowing the bombing bug before I do anything else. I have an opportunity to sell the EZ and look for something bigger, but am not quite ready to molest "THE" wire.
