Funky Noise! Tell me it's not the ball joints again!

I've only got about 6k on the new ball joints replaced when death wobble was going on.

Now I have a noise in my drivers side front wheel. Can't really hear it unless the window is open but it is farly load. It sounds like someone is bouncing a ping pong ball on one of the old wooden paddles. At first I though a pebble was stuck in the tread but it wasn't.

Doesn't start until 15-20 mph, stops at 40 mph but keeps going at slow down to 0 mph. Goes away when turning. Comes and goes so of course when I take it to the dealer it won't be making the noise.

Anybody got any clues?

This is my first American truck and it is a POS!!!! All my American car purchasing fears are being realized... F**K! :{

And by the way you truck was assembled in Mexico. So it is a Mexican truck not American.

Today when I have a chance to take it to the dealer it isn't doing it.

Mexican/American... it is still a POS and disappointment of a vehicle.

SInce owning Toyota trucks since 1985, I went for repairs ONE time and that was for a bearing problem on my 2000 Tundra (which I wish I still had).

I am selling this unreliable S**T box as soon as I can.

Yup, had a little melt down... . too many visits to the dealer.

Axle joint went, replaced under warranty. Even left the Juice hooked up and they didn't even mention it.

I'm cool now... love the truck again.

Bummer!

Picked up Truck on Thursday and 50 miles on the new axle joint and the funky noise is back and LOUDER! :{

Took to dealer yesterday, no word yet on what's up with it.

Anyone got a "plan B"?
