Does any know how to access the spare fuses? I want to wire in my trans cooler pump.

You would need the spade connector repair package that fits the box. Not sure I have ever looked for them on the Mopar connector web site.

I was wondering if you have to remove the top plate, which would require the removal of all fuses to get to the plug on the inside where the fuse is connected to.

As the pictures show I have gotten to the under side of the box, but it only has a few set of plugs. It looks like I need to get under the fuses that are protected by a cover and 8 torque bit screws that allow the plastic cap to be removed, but the fuses are in the way and have to be removed first. It also looks like I need to add a pin to the plugs under the box on both sides of it and add the wire to the fuse plug itself. I'm willing to explore it to find the way I need to add the circuit to the fuse, just was hoping someone knew already. I was hoping to have all nessesary parts to do the job. It's working as it is now, but the experimental phase is over and now I want to clean it up as if it was factory installed.

From all the horror stories about putting extra load through the TIPM, I would go outside of the TIPM and incorporate your circuit protection there. A fluid pump will draw considerable amperage. I have several "OUTSIDE" the TIPM circuits on my 2007. I hooked up to battery power at the stud that feeds the TIPM. I fused from the stud to my circuit. I installed any power relays on the outside of the TIPM housing. If I wanted to have the circuits hot only when the ignition was on then I tapped into a TIPM protected circuit and it went to the power relay coil terminal.

I just wanted to use the spare fuse holder in the box. I didn't realize the box was the TIPM, and thought about just that, once I realized that. I did take the cover off to the actual Printed Circuit Board that makes up the TIPM, and realized I'd have to find the circuit in and out of the spare holder and would not be worth the trouble. So I will use a aftermarket fuse box after all. Thanks to every one that posted.

BTW, here's the picture of it.
