Fuse Box revised. No text

Ok guy took your words to heart and revised the fuse box cover. I did one anodized red. Man it looks sweet with the red valve cover. Let me hear what you guys think. If there is enogh interest i will do them and geno's will carry them. Valve covers have shipped too so all you guys waiting should be getting them soon. Let me know what you think about them too. The power Stroke guys are so jellious when i open my hood the cry. :-laf

I have the lables for the fuse location and numbering to go on the inside. I will be working on a fuel box mount shortly. I mounted mine but im not happy with it. In my shop we do sheet metal work to so im thinking of doing a brushed stainless steel clam shell type mount that will be anchored under the battery box. What do you guys think?

I like your payments too... I have 4 more years to get there. As far as side work i own the shop and it has been a little slow latley so im trying to make some work to stay busy. I like doing things like this though makes the day go by fast but is a little mind bending at time to make all of it work

Geno's has the valve covers for your 03. I have not yet done anything on the 07's yet. From the 07's i have been able to get a look at i will be able to do somthing for them pretty easy. They went back to a set up like the 03 to 05 trucks. The 06 vershion is the only one causing me problems because they did a full plastic valve cover with the pcv built into the cover. Geno's said he would carry them once i got them done. .

I know it kinda sucks for the 06 guys but when they changed the valve cover they hosed me on material cost and just kinda put it out of the park for building one. I have been trying to come up with a design for a cover to slip over the existing valve cover but have not really been able to come up with somthing that will work really well. One option is to buy the cast aluminum valve cover for an 03 to 05 put it on and then the valve cover cap i make will bolt right up. Not sure of the cost there. I have seen a thread on a guy with an 06 with a leakey valver cover. I peronsaly do not like the design of the 06 valve cover just because it is all plastic. It makes me wounder if that is why they went back to the 03 to 05 design... Just an option. The 06 fuse boxes are different too but they will be easy to do and i will make some of them.

You mentioned something about a fuel box mount, are you gonna make it to work with your fusebox cover, the stock one, or both? Also, are you looking into making multiple mounts (I myself have two boxes as do many others I'm sure)? I know it all depends on demand, just curious.

Ya i have a fuel box mount in the works. It will use the battery box as an anchore point so it will work with the stock fuse box cover or a billet vershion. With what i have in mind it should work from 03 to current models too. I hope to get it going soon.
