couple of questions reguarding the fuse box under the hood. Was checking fuses and noticed the oxygen sensor fuse is missing. Is there supposed to be one there? Next, the larger black square fuses to the right. I have a few feel quite hot and the others are cool. Problem? Last, fuses in the cab. I have 3 that have a yellow or black plastic cover. How do you pull these out? Have tried but no luck. thanks

I can help on some of your questions. There is no oxygen sensor on these trucks thus no fuse. The yellow covered fuses in the cab are air bag fuses if I remember right and I don't know how they come out as I never tried. The black square devices in the PDC are relays not fuses and as far as I know the ones that are in use will be the warm, which I would guess is normal.

Diesels don't use O2 sensors. Don't worry about the missing fuse those are for gassers :p :p The other square black boxes aren't fuses these are relays and they do get warm. I am not sure about the fuses in the cab.
