Well I have burned through my set of Bridgestone Dueler Revo's and since not many people have gone through a set yet I thought I would post a review of how mine did. My driving style is what I would consider normal, I do not race, try to stay within 5 miles of the speed limit or so and in general do not try to drive it like a Ferrari

At 60,000 miles they are not at the wear bars yet but do need to be replaced before the snow starts flying here. They came with a 50k mileage warranty and they did surpass that. If it were spring or early summer I would continue using them until fall.

They have great traction in the rain. My stocker LTS MS would almost always spin when taking off in a turn in the rain. These did not, even trying at least until the last couple months. Now if I try they will. Hyrdoplaning has been nonexistent but it was nonexistent with the stockers as well.

They performed excellent in the snow. Much better than the stockers.

Dry traction is great. I have not been able to spin these tires. ( I do not know know how much hp I have but I think just under 300hp and 700 ft lbs tq so that may not be a big suprise).

Off Road they have been great and well everywhere except deep mud.

Deep mud they are not that great but better than the stockers although I have since learned to avoid the really nasty mud in this heavy beast.

Towing- I have only towed up to 8k with them but they seemed not to mind at all the road manners with the trailer were very good.

Hauling heavy loads (2k or so) in the bed same as towing performed very well road manners were great.

They seem to ride fairly well maybe a bit stiff when fully inflated but what wouldn't.

Tire balance/ing has not been an issue at all.

Tire noise is not much if any worse than the stockers.

Overall they have been excellent tires and think I will replace with the same (by the way costco now has them or did when I stopped by there the other day).

The Duelers at Costco are not Revos. they are A/T with UNI-Track. I got a set about 2 months ago for about $480 (not yet installed) They had the best regular price $123 plus they were on sale. Now their price is listed @ $153 ea. Wow what a jump, I guess I did the right thing buying them on sale and putting them in the shed.

I had the regular Dueler A/T's on my wifes Expedition. Got MAYBE 30k out of them. They had a treadlife warranty, but I didn't want another set. Fairly good traction just too soft. I put Cooper Discoverer A/T last winter, so far so good. Good traction and good wear. I'm thinking about a set for my Dodge.

I have been interested in the REVO's however, but last I looked they where more expensife than I wanted to spend to take a chance of them wearing too fast. But it sounds like they fixed that problem. Oh and the regular Dueler A/T's I had I only paid $100 a piece for, I think it was on tirerack.com or someplace like that, on sale. I had a friend who worked in a Ford shop mount and balance them for me for free. So with shipping I had about $110 a piece in them.

Having just replaced my 2nd set of Dueler A/T's I can say that the non-REVOs seem to last longer than the newer REVO version. My 1st set of Duelers lasted about 45K I just replaced my second set with about 32K on them. A friend of mine that works at a factory Firestone shop told me that he has been seeing the same trend (non-REVOs outlasting the REVOs).

FWIW I replaced my Duelers with Toyo M-55s and the Toyos ride much better than the Duelers.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. I just replaced a set of coopers with another set of coopers and my review, including the comment about running them longer except winter is on the way, would read very similar. The new set balanced out very nicely with the highest roadforce value being about "16".

It will take much bigger tires on the truck to ever make me feel good about soft ground!
