G56 and Fluids info

I am going to be switching my truck fluids. I will be running Amsoil products in my truck except oil I run Schaeffer oil. What I want to know is what to run in the G-56 and Transfer case? I will be running SevereGear in the front and rear diffs. I have also want to know the fluid capites of the diffs, G-56, transfercase. If anyone has a link to that stuff as I have search for a while and have found a bunch of different if so help me get it straight.

According to some hand written notes I have in my owner's manual, the front axle requires 4. 75 pints and rear is 7. 65 pints 75W90 GL-5 100% synthetic. NO limited slip modifer required or recommended.

I have the manual transfer case. I am not sure what the difference is but if there is something to look for I will check it out. I have to move a lever not push a button to engage.
