Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Does anyone know what the G56 can really handle HP/Torque wise. I have done searches on the web for the G56 and haven't come up with anything as of yet.
My plan is to build a hot 12v and back it with a G56 and a NP205 in a 71 Chevy. I am still undecided if I should do the divorced T-case or attach it to the trans as of yet. I realize this isn't the conversions area, but I figured this would be the best place to find out this info.
I was never impressed with the driveability of the NV5600, but when I drove the new G56 equipped truck, I was thoroughly impressed.
Any other relative info would be appreciated.
