G56 transmission

Is there any more info on the G56 transmission and new clutch other than previously posted. Sounds like new purchase with manual may not be a wise choice. Doing a search on G56 comes up with a G56 transmission used in new corvette and viper, is this the same as used in the new Ram?

nickleinonen,you are correct,went to tremec website and they don't even list a G56. They do list a T56 as used in corvette and viper. I think car reviews may be wrong or typo.

I am still looking for info on new transmission and clutch.
