garage/shop for upgrade work

I just got a 2500 megacab and would like to start getting some basic upgrades, like 35" tires/ 2"lift, straight pipe(cat back), gauges...

Is there any place/person around the Philadelphia (Glenside) area that knows how to reliably work on a CD?

Just read about Bloomsburg being cancelled... I had hoped to check things out over there next week
