Garmin C340 question

I've ordered a Garmin C340 GPS unit, and have carefully read every available specification, but find no reference as to whether it displays elevation as well as horizontal location information.



Anyone out there have one, and tell me if it provides elevation?

My old GPS V did. I know that does not mean much. I don't think they would take features out. Well maybe.

WELL, I find absolutely NO reference to elevation being displayed with the Garmin - not really a big issue, since I have an aircraft Altimeter installed in my truck... :-laf



Been OK, other than a case of the Flue that had rather serious side effects that took me to the local ER - and will need at least one followup exam over in Bend next month... :{

Friend just bought a c330. The manual does not mention altitude and we can't find an altitude display on the unit. I took a look at the c340 manual at www.garmin.com under support/manuals and can't find any mention of altitude there either.
