Wife talking about serving wine or champagne around Christmas time.I said it would be nice if we had some snuff glasses to use, she said she had never heard of snuff glasses??? Am I that old/ bg

Wine (sparkling or not) served in *snuff* glasses during holidays? How gauche! I'd expect that of the vulgate, not refined TDR members! Unless, of course, it's traditional.
