Saw regular for $3. 15. 9 by me today.

Yep, the price gougers are out in full force.



Seems like this time it is the southeast getting hit first. The last big round of price hikes had the west coast paying $3. 00 and more (because of the El Segundo refinery fire), while the southeast was still in the low $2's. I'm sure the west will catch up soon.

Yes, it has nothing to do with the hurricane smashing oil platforms and drenching a few states, etc... Definitely gouging. Part of the problem seems to be lack of new refineries. Maybe this will be the kick in the *** the country needs to waive some of the hoop jumping it takes to get some built...
