I just ordered a 2 micron fuel filter kit that will make it easy to install a fuel pressure guage. I also have plans to install a trans temp guage at the same time. I have the Edge/Attitude box that gives me boost and EGT's, so those are taken care of.

I love the look of this gauge pod

#ad

so my question is - what should the third gauge be? What else do you feel is important to monitor?

My gut tells me to put a REAL oil pressure gauge in there, but I wanted to get some feedback from you all here first.

Thoughts?

hmm, thats a good question.

most 3 gauge pods cover pyro, transmission temp, and boost, with a few going over to the fuel pressure side

ever thought about a rail pressure gauge?

oil pressure

or

fuel rail pressure [can the attitude show rail pressure?]

when i get done with all the gauges i want, i will have

1600° pyro

#60 boost

#30 fuel

#100 lube oil pressure

#150 air pressure

250° lube oil temp

250° water temp or rail pressure [new tst box shows rail so ??? - just to fill up the extra hole i will have in the cubby hole holder]

To each his own, but I watch these threads for fun and wonder when too much of good thing is bad thing. Can't see the forest for the trees. If you must have another gauge I would put in the water temp. EGT/Boost/transmission are musts.
