My boss wants me to install a set in his truck. I sold him on ther isspros that match the factory set.

What I need to know. . need help with (being the 2nd gen man that I am)

Where to come through the firewall on a manual truck

Where to tap into the intake tract for the boost fitting

How to go about the fuel pressure gauge.

Now about the fuel psi... ... I'm looking at this cap from Genos to replace the fuel filter cap. Is there anything a little more subtle I could do? I mean, if this is the most logical route. . i'll make it happen, but I just don't like the looks of that or the $60 price tag.

Do I tap for the pyrometer in the same fashion I did my 96 or is there some consideration that needs be given to the 3rd gen manifold?

The rest I should be able to handle.

Thank you guys.

Hey there... have a few hints...

On my '03, there is a hole/rubber grommet on the firewall behind the pedal assembly, I cut a slit in it, ran the wires through, and replaced the grommet.

Easiest way to do the boost is a Boost Bolt from Geno's or Dieselperformanceparts.com. just replace one of the manifold bolts with it, boost hose goes into it.

Can't help on FP, I've had mine for a year and a half, and still haven't installed it!

I came out of the bottom of the fuel canister with a tapped banjo bolt from Geno's, and the 30-in hose they sell. That's after the fuel filter. Mounted the sender on the firewall. The pyro is the same as 2nd gens. Just drill and tap the manifold.
