I installed Auto Meter Sport Comp Boost and Pyro gauges about a month ago. Apparently I did not do enough TDR reading before I installed them. Here's how I installed the two:

1) Boost - I drilled and tapped a hole in the intake tube for the fitting. Now I am reading there is already a hole on the intake manifold, is this correct?

2) I drilled a hole in the downpipe for the pyro probe, now I am reading that I should have drilled the hole in the exhaust manifold. Should I bother repositioning the probe and patching the old hole? If so, how?

There is a 3/4" plug in theblock, behind the fuel filter. I used this location as a source for my boost gauge, but there's nothing wrong with the location you chose. In fact, many here prefer that location.

Pre/post turbo has been beaten to death here. Since you have the Comp. box, my personal suggestion would be to move the pyro probe to the exhaust manifold. If you decide to move the probe, I'd just pick up the appropiate sized NPT plug and place it in the post turbo slot, using some anti-seize on the threads of the plug. Any good hardware store will have 1/8" and 1/4" NPT plugs.
