gauge pod

hello from the west coast, i am going to install a 3 gauge pod on the dash I would like to know how to take the panel up by the windshield off and what tools i will need to do it-------thanks m p. s pictures would be nice

IIRC it just "pops" off. Shad

Use a putty knife and gently insert in the seam between the rear dash section and the front section. Once you get it under the front section, pry up and it will pop out and go all the way across to both side. Then lift it up and pull it towards you. Now you have it in your lap

Just be careful when pulling it out and re-installing it as the metal clips will scratch the dash top real easily. How do I know.....
