Ken,
I have not purchased yet, but I like the Autometer gauges with the 3 gauge dash pod. I am thinking Boost, Temp, and Fuel Flow. Its getting a little cold up here in the northeast so if I don't get around to it soon I will wait until the spring. No garage #ad
Try the search engine, many posts on this subject.
I was down in your neck of the woods just two months ago. Nice area #ad
but that traffic on the beltway is a killer #ad

I was there for training just down the road from Dell.

One more thing, the group purchase site has Autometer @ 20% off.

I have the isspro boost and EGT on the pillar. Got them from a TDR advertiser in Texas. Diesel injection service?? I forgot.
Theyre not very bright at night, but I'm happy otherwise.

Patriot, I have isspro gauges and i changed the bulb in them to make them brighter. I work at a auto assembly plant so it is easy for me the get the bulbs i wont. Your auto supply store should be able to help you out

I have the DiPricol boost and pyro gauges that I purchased from TST Products. I am very happy with them as they are easy to read and appear to be of high quality. The instructions from TST were top notch. I mounted in single pod cups an the dash. Here's the link for TST.....

Just ordered ISSPRO EGT, Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges from www.isspro.com and a triple gauge full A-Pillar with tweeter mount from Geno's garage for my 2001.

Thanks for the heads up on the bulbs. I will probably go ahead and replace them before installation.

Does anyone know if you can hook them up to the dimmer on the dash lights, or are they constant brightness?

Thanks Joe, will try it.
quadzilla:
I use the 5 amp fuse in the "illum. " slot #5.
It'll dim with the dash this way. Unless you got stronger bulbs, I'd go direct.
I've used the 2 5/8" Auto Meter gauges on my Grand National in the past. Theyre good gauges too.

I have the same three guages (Banks)that you described mounted on the dash. Looks good and they have been very reliable. I would like to sit in a truck that has the A-pillar mount to see which mounting option I prefer. The only problem with the dash mount is that i'm vertically challenged (5'7")and they do block (some) of my vision, not enough but noticable.

Spa is neat because they are dual gauges, with a full pillar you can monitor 6 functions, they are electronic and they are cool. check out hvac's favorites

HVAC, those gauges look great where can I get a set? What other temps are you keeping an eye on?

I'm very happy with my Dakota Digital EGT gauge, They have a good selection of LED colors and faceplate colors. With a simple hookup they autodim when you turn headlights on. Bob

I also have the DiPricol boost and pyro gauges that I purchased from TST Products on a pillar mount. Real bright and easy to read at night. I have a '96 gas Ram that I have US Gauge trans temp and manifold vacuum guages mounted on dash. I bought factory interior spray paint from Dodge dealer and perfectly matched the gray in the 2000 and the driftwoo in the 96.

Having both setups, I really prefer the pillar mounts.

Paul O'Neil, you can get a set from MEMEME #ad

These are the SPA digital gauges that are catching fire across the states. The pic is of my display at the Tulare event a couple weeks ago.

I suggest the DG-111 boost/pyro for everyone and the boost/temp for those with auto trannys to monitor line pressure and fluid temp.

Look for my link in the links section or type in www.PerformancDiesel.net. Click on the tab for the SPA gauges to see more info. Click on the tab that says "Online Orders" to see pricing.
