2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Gauges Died-No Bus

Well my gauges have died and I have got that nasty "No Bus" in the window. My truck runs fine with absolutely no studdering. I am also getting the P1698 code. The other thing is that my radio has no power. I have done all the small things that I can check from researching this thing. I am wondering if anyone else has any ideas or if it is time to take it in. I am in Arkansas so if anyone knows of a good place to take it around Little Rock that would be helpful. thanks in advance for the help. I need my truck back!!

This happen on a 99 3500 they replaced the brain box--BEN

check the ecm fuse or engine control fuse under the hood... i forget the exact name. i seen that twice
