Archived gauges died

Well my gauges have died and I have got that nasty "No Bus" in the window. My truck runs fine with absolutely no studdering. I am also getting the P1698 code. The other thing is that my radio has no power. I have done all the small things that I can check from researching this thing. I am wondering if anyone else has any ideas or if it is time to take it in. I am in Arkansas so if anyone knows of a good place to take it around Little Rock that would be helpful. thanks in advance for the help. I need my truck back!!

I've read about a fuse/relay in the PDC that blows you mite be able to do a search on it "No BUS" it has come up before. Then again it mite be the Bus itself (Bus= relay station for other components. The guages are the last component to get the data it goes to ECM and PCM first. )
