2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Gear Brands

I'm looking for a new ring and pinion set for my truck.

I've seen some prices for some brands that are about 1/2 of what I see for the Dana/Spicer oem replacements.

Are the Dana ones twice as good? Do they last twice as long?

Anybody done any field testing on this?

Try randys ring & pinion, I have purchased setup kits and gear sets from them. Very good service and their kits use only timken bearings. Give then a call they sell Yukon, Dana and other brands. Don't buy solely on price!
